​This session will explore the developmental stages of writing and what this means for comprehensive writing programming. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to use play-based approaches to elicit writing experiences. Through hands on exploration, we will consider how to use open-ended materials as a tool to inspire critical thinking and writing opportunities.
